FAQ

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies from project to project based on a number of factors including:

  • Project type

  • Property size

  • Media requirements

  • Etc.

That being said, here are a few starting points.

Architectural/Designer Photos | Residential

Pricing starts at $180 per room/project. Image count: 2-5 + per room. Connected rooms could be bundled for reduced pricing.

Factors include: Design details, (like closeups of fixtures or other unique elements) angles needed, number of images required, location outside of the Twin Cities and surrounding area, etc.

Some connected rooms can be bundled for reduced pricing.

What is the process?

Overview

First, we connect via phone to discuss your project and imaging needs. We’ll talk about:

  • Project type (Architectural, Real Estate, Video, etc.)

  • Property size (Sq Ft and/or number of rooms or areas to shoot.)

  • Details/Elements (What needs to be captured.)

  • Output requirements (Resolution, sizes, modes, crops, etc.)

  • Deadlines

Day of Shoot

On the day of the shoot, you can be hands-on or hands-off, whichever you prefer. We can look through the lens together using a remote live view screen to determine the best angles, or you can sit back and give general guidance.

Post Production

Architectural images take a few days to process unless the deadlines are quicker.

Real Estate images can be turned around in less than 24 hours. (Often the same day as the shoot). This includes aerial images as well.

Video can take a bit longer, depending on the complexity and final length of the video. We can discuss deadlines when reviewing your project.

The final output is uploaded to Dropbox or another online storage space of your choosing. Invoices are sent once you are happy with the result. You can pay online or by check.

What equipment do you use?

I use high-end, professional DSLR cameras, (mostly Canon) lighting, and equipment. OCF lighting, umbrellas, and reflectors are used to get the most out of each shot.

For aerial shots, I use DJI drones with 4K (or above) video and 12-20 MP shots for images.
